1.  Please start reading and working on the first module for Unit 2- Research Methods
2.   Assignment:  Students work in pairs, observe the behavior of others during lunchtime in the cafeteria.  Some behaviors, such as seat selection or food choices.  I strongly encourage students to come up with their own behavior to investigate. After separately recording observations, you will bring those notes back to class.  DO NOT DISCUSS IT.  In addition, you should maintain confidentiality, and explain what they are doing if asked.  DUE THURSDAY AT THE START OF CLASS- bring your observation notes and I will give you time to discuss with partner:)
